Rotary E-Club
“E-Club” is a Rotary Club that makes the best of the always changing communication technologies available, which greatly facilitates and improves the Rotarians' participation, fellowship and activity in service projects.
These Rotary Clubs include all the important characteristics of a Rotary Club and have been created by Rotary International in order to explore ways on how Rotary can best advance towards its object in the changing world of its second century.
E-Clubs are normal Rotary Clubs utilizing the tools that allow better quality and frequency of communication between its Rotarians in general, which immensely facilitates membership and active participation especially also for those who otherwise would not have been able to serve in Rotary. Participation is possible more frequently and anytime from wherever one's computer is, since meetings also take place on the internet, and the full minutes are available to all members immediately.
